Construction Management Day 2025 - focus on sustainable timber construction expertise

27. Sep 2025

Focus on Timbase technology: Stefan Zöllig spoke about sustainable timber construction and innovative building materials at Construction Management Day 2025.

We are delighted that Stefan Zöllig was invited to speak at the Construction Management Day 2025. The event took place on September 26, 2025 and brought together leading experts from the fields of architecture, construction management and engineering.

In his lecture, Stefan Zöllig presented the Timbase technology - a pioneering solution for the construction of basements, basements and floor slabs made of wood. He impressively demonstrated how wood as a building material is not only ecologically convincing, but also offers clear advantages on the construction site itself:

  • A high degree of prefabrication enables precise and efficient implementation.
  • Dry construction methods ensure a clean, weather-independent construction process.
  • A complete basement for a detached house can be completed in just around five days thanks to the modular system construction method.

The presentation met with great interest and led to exciting discussions about the opportunities of sustainable construction with wood - especially in areas where concrete has dominated up to now. For Timbase, participation in the Construction Management Day is an important step towards further establishing the advantages of its technology on the market and deepening the dialog with experts.

We would like to thank the organizing team of the Construction Management Day for the inspiring platform and look forward to shaping the path to a more sustainable construction future together with the industry.
